System Requirements for our Software

  • Operating System: Win 7 (or higher) 32‑bit (x86) or 64‑bit (x64)
  • Processor: Intel i5 or better or AMD equivalent
  • RAM: 4GB or higher
  • Graphics Requirements:
    OpenGL 4.0 (or better) MUST HAVE the most recent graphics driver for your system. (You can download this for free online.)
    – 512MB or higher RAM
  • Supported Graphic Cards:
    – NVIDIA or Radeon Discrete graphics
    – or Intel HD graphics 4400 or better

  • Operating System: Mac OS 10.6 or higher
  • Processor: Intel i5 or better
  • RAM: 4GB or higher (recommended 8GB)

Transferring your Serial Number
If you’re trying to move your software to a new
computer, follow these steps:

  1. Run your program (Letters alive, Math alive, or Learning alive)
  2. As the menu is loading and as the splash screen is showing, quickly press Ctrl+Alt+L on your keyboard.
  3. A transfer license window should appear.
  4. Click the “Transfer License” button.
  5. Click the “Deactivate Now” button.
  6. Click the “Next” button.
  7. Click the “End” button.
  8. After you’ve done this, your license will be free to use on a new computer.
